With one month left before December holidays, we know many are pushing for their health and fitness goals!

So, let’s give the most common scenario for most.  For the past few weeks or months, you decided to make fitness a priority. You bought new workout clothes and stocked up on your favourite PI supplements. You were pumped! For the first few weeks, things were great.   1. You’re not factoring in alcohol
